startup progress

Hi I send a message a while back about slower/old PC's.
Setting retention (force retention) to like 7 days help when you have 18+ servers added and have limited memory,.

when I startup newspro theres disk activity for like 10 mins and proggy is locked, a little dialog telling me whats going on, and the progress would be nice

.

Anyway just a little feedback from a person on a slow PC

ensure that file menu->minimize disk accesses on start is checked there is a progress dialog (still RAM should be enough for the database to fit in memory or the operation will be skipped), otherwise operations on startup will take longer and there is no indication since these are just page faults - a page is missing in memory so it is loaded from disk, with the option checked the database is preloaded.
