Download something with priority

How can I download something ahead of the rest?

Sounds like Download with priority is what you're after, when you rightclick on a header go to the advanced submenu, there you will find several priority settings with shortcuts.
Also you can change priority in the taskmanager.

Download immediately (Alt+I) is probably closest to + in BNR2.

Hopefully this was what you ware after.
