Upgrade from 2.82 -> 2.9. Import folder stops working

Upgraded from 2.81 x64 -> 2.9 x64. Now NZBs placed in Import folder will only get moved to OLD folder but not imported.
Switched back to 2.81 and everything is fine again.

The code is shared with opening nzb files from windows explorer which has been improved in v2.9 and I missed something in the process, it started moving files before importing them.
I've recompiled the files, redownload the current file from the website - it should work ok now.
