nzb auto-importing not working after upgrade?

For some reason, the auto-import nzb feature seems to have stopped working for me. It still moves the file into the 'old' directory, but nothing shows up in 'import'. I manually import the same nzb and it reads it OK and gets the headers etc. It had been working for me for a while, but I just noticed this.

It actually looks like it started doing that right after I upgraded (based on ue.exe last mod date). Maybe some settings change?

I'm on 2.9 64-bit.

I do have 'watch' and 'save' both checked (and it is still seeing and moving the file).
