Increase in incomplete files.

I have been using Usenet Explorer for years. Recently I have been having a lot of problems with incomplete files. Too many for the Par files to handle. 2 or 3 files out of 4 are incomplete. The weird part is that if I mark those same files and redownload them they are often complete then. This would indicate the files are OK on the server. I have a DSL connection that is probably in the 2-3 Mb range. It is really annoying to have to download everything twice. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be. I didnt have this problem before. Seems to have cropped up in the last couple of months. No hardware of service changes in that interval.
