This one is curious. After doing a search, I am intending to do "Download and Save" on several of the collections from the search page.

The first time I click Download and Save, it works fine.

The second time, nothing happens. And if I again right click on a collection, all of the downlaod and import related items on the context menu are grayed out. I have to exit and restart the program before I can get another entry to download.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Greyed (disabled) just means operation in progress.

The "Search" button is also changed to "Cancel", just wait until it becomes "Search" again.

Header import of several collections means it needs to download a lot of message-ids, if they are too random it will be significant volume of traffic, so it won't be immediate.

You may try to import collections (especially large ones) one by one so every operation will be faster.

You can press "Cancel" to stop the current operation whether it is search or import - it will be aborted and the menu items will be reenabled right away.
