Is there a way to set temp folder for download only

Currently if bypass database storage is turned oFF UE downloads first into its data directory and then moves files to a destination drive\folder. Is it possible somehow to set a temp folder\drive just for download? So that there are two folders- data(settings\newsgroups headers etc) and temp download folder somewhere else from which files are saved into the destination folder..
