I have found Tora! Tora! Tora! which is rather huge. I also think I'm on the tail of the speed queue.
It'll take 30 hours from the squib at the bottom to complete.
I don't want to lose it and have to start over.

Question: When you have to leave UE, which in this case requires a reboot, and there's something running, what's the best option?

You can restart UE during download, it will just continue, right after marking for download you can invoke file menu->save all, then even if the computer crashes it will remember the queue, also when you exit UE the queue is saved.
