Purging Database files

I apologize if this has been covered before.

I have been running UE for years now and have had zero issues with the program.

I have a dedicated Terra-byte Drive for this program so space is not an issue.

I would like however to purge some of the database files from a couple of the larger newsgroups like boneless.

The database folder exceeds 20 gigs in size.

I would just like to be able to say get rid of everything before today and have it remember that I already downloaded those headers before today.


Which is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Ok I figured out my own question after playing around.

Instead of purge I should have been looking for "Catch Up" then use "Compact and Free"
