How can you tell which parts are missing?
For example, I see 60 of 66 parts on one of my posts. How do I find out exactly which 6 are missing so I can queue them to repost?

It is easier to repost it as selected attachment with the same settings, duplicate parts are not a problem.
To see the parts you can mark the attachment for download (no need to wait for the download to complete or even to have internet connection on), then right click the entry and invoke "properties" it will show parts information then.
In post dialog I remember there is an option to resend selected parts, but probably it is simpler just to repost all 66 parts as using repost selected attachment.
