Since I run version 4.1 64 bits I have noticed 2 strange things.

When downloading a collection with rar files (.rar, r00, r01), the .rar is no longer downloaded first, despite as in previous versions.
This was a feature since version 2.9.3

I have also found now twice that after downloading some movies by putting the nzb files in the import dir, that the subject screen isn't cleaned up
after unrarring the files. At first I thought that the download had failed, but the extracted files were there in the download folder.

Never seems this on previous versions.

All should be fixed in v4.2

The non-clearing was indeed v4.1 specific, the problem was also reported in another thread, just it was manifested differently. I fixed some narrow issue with custom collections in v4.1 (but still it had to be fixed), and didn't take a small case into account, now all is covered.

The not placing .rar file on the top for .rxx sets was v4.x specific when importing nzb or from search service, it is fixed now as well.

Just tested, and both "issues" are gone in 4.2
