whats the right way to set 2 different servers different priorities?
Is it under "Servers-->Preferences" normal or highest? etc?

and I have a new server since yesterday. I had to disable "compressed headers XZ ver" that I can download headers from there. Why?

yes you can set server priorities in edit menu->properties->servers

the new server maybe has not properly implemented compressed headers or it doesn't have those commands implemented at all but it closes connection on unknown command.

you can try to disable one header compressing method at a time to see if the server can tolerate the remaining one, or you can just rely on headers from other servers, you can disable get headers in edit menu->properties->servers as well.
