I messed up the layout how to re-arrange the Workspace

I somehow messed up the layout. I can't re-arrannge and resize the Workspace and TaskManager etc as I like them. Heeeelp. Already played arround with docking, framed etc options

do you have docking task manager/workspace options in the view menu checked and it doesn't help?

exit UE, in the UE database Settings directory try to delete all api.* files then restart it, let me know if it worked.
