Several corrupt downloads can't be repaired because UE doesn't download the par files.
I have hundreds of par files waiting at the top of my queue with highest priority but they simply don't get downloaded.
Pausing everything else in the queue doesn't help.

Is there a way I can force the par files to be downloaded? (so I can repair them manually)

do you have unpack enabled?

if not do you have mark limited volume of par2 files for download in par2 menu checked?

Everything in the unpack section is enabled.

"mark limited volume of par2 files for download"can't be selected.
The menu entry is black, but the submenu is grayed out.

Do you see any remaining data files in the "articles" tab or in the "?" tab (second next to the "articles" tab) in tasks menu->task manager?

Also click the "unpack" tab in the task manager and expand the par2 set, you should see there data files pending somewhere in the queue.

Check also the unpack queue or the unpack task is not paused.
