Bandwidth limiting on u/l and d/l

Is there a chance that in a future version that you may add b/w limiting for u/l and d/l.

For instance if you have a 100k link you can limit the u/l to 20k and the d/l to 80k.

Cause I find that if I am d/l and u/l at the same time the d/l over powers the u/l and the u/l takes longer?
