Newspro suddenly doesn't accept my key
First it says that the trial period has expired, then when I try to register it, it says that registration failed. What's up and how do I fix this?
Check the name/serial in the key is the same as in the registration email, it can be the only problem (help menu->about->register, if the name/serial fields there are greyed - it is the trial version, maybe a wrong shortcut). You may need to register every instance if you have several databases.
If all fails email me and I resend the registration details, not a big deal, I don't have here such unanswered requests.
