Can you give us some guidelines of what type of messages you expect to see in each forum?

Here is my guess based on the previous board:
Support - questions about current release
Development - Suggestions for new features to NewsPro
Concepts - Suggestions for new applications?
Other - catch all

Yes, something like that, the 'Concepts' in the meantime I keep to myself, probably it will go to the 'Development' category in the meantime (distant future issues).
