detect password doesn't seem to work

I have checked the properties box to detect passwords but UE continues to download passworded rar files without any notice
Sometimes it is not possible to detect feasibly, files are rared in such a way so to avoid detection.
It can detect when the first file in rar is passworded, also when it is nested rar.
If you pm me an example I could check it out.
