msg-id problem maybe ?

I have switched over to msg-id totaly now an it works very well except for one thing . When I am downloading large strings of parts (01 , 02 etc.) it will start to download a part then after a few peices skip on to the next and so on , never completeing that one . It show no error just skips the rest of the message , now if I go back an click download and save imediately it will pick up and complete the message parts with no trouble . This only happens to one out of 10 or so . Have three servers (two giganews and one supernews ) does not seem to matter which one is being used . Have tried to solve this for a while now with no luck any help will be appreciated .
