I have multiple databases and have just subscribed to another news service. Is it possible to add that news server to one version and have it appaer in all versions. I have just tried adding it to the basic Newspro but it never showed up in the other instances I've got.

newspro instances are isolated so you need to add the server in every one of them. you can also export/import the server list (the context menu of the servers entry), if you want to import only the server you can edit the list manually in any text editor.

Thanks alex. I thought the import/export was likely to be the only way to do things but thought I'd ask anyway.
