I downloaded the freeware version of newspro and tried to open newsgroups or import servers - and nothing happens.

I'm afraid I'm a bit of a newbie - is there anyone that can give me a few pointers ?

Did you follow the indications on the NewsPro Web site?
If you do, it *really* should work!
