I have been a registered user for about a year and had to redo my OS, Windows xp sp2.
I have a printed copy of my serial and cannot copy and paste. It keeps giving me the error of misspelled or wrong serial number. No matter how careful I am it will not register. Sent letter to support and not received a response. Is there anyway I can get them to resend my serial number so I can cut and paste?

I've got the same problem as mnmurphy mentiod above, after a crash i would like to reinstall newspro, but it can't register i don't know what the problem is. Copy/paste it for several times in the newspro extractor but no result.

Already contact Alex but still no result what so ever.

Hope someone could help me, to use this excellent program again.
