I tried everything man. When I open a new group, Bamm the auto Support button fro partial msgs Pops back out. Im baffled. I wish we could get some support when we pay for software ((( Its has to be sumthin simple Im missing I hope!!! Thanks for ur help anyway. I wish Alex would answer.

Partial =No here. This has me nutz man. No mater what I do It keeps un checking and all the msgs are partial. Same thing with the Button on the toolbar. I push it in it works. Clicks on my next group to read the headers and bamm it pops back out again. I cant figure it out!!
