I have NewsPro configured to work with Newsfeeds.com.
Occasionally, I notice that it tries to get articles from servers that are not attached to the newsgroup from which I requested the articles.
For example, when retrieving articles from alt.binaries.movies, NewsPro attempts to get some of the messages from adult-west.newsfeeds.com, even though adult-west is not attached to a.b.m

one reason is the article has been crossposted to several newsgroups, press F2 on the header (or invoke 'properties' from the header context menu) to see where it can be found, it shows exactly the same info newspro uses to find out servers where the article is located.
another reason may be you enabled message-id direct for the server, check the server properties in properties->servers, uncheck the option if it is the case; message-id direct servers are used bluntly since it doesn't affect performance or bandwidth noticeably and achieves the best completion results; also doing otherwise currently would have some performance impact.
