Is it possible to change newsgroup destination types after the newsgroup has been created ? Particulary I am interested to change my newsgroup from msg-id direct to compact binary.
no such automatic option, you can press ctrl+c to copy newsgroup name and then create a copy with the compact binary type, just to implement it full newsgroup reset is needed in most cases.
i don't know when it could be added since there are higher priority tasks and the option is rarely needed.
