Something changed overnight with RR and now I'm getting this error message:
Error 400 Too Many Connections [TW-Detroit allows 5 per host/0 per feed (0==NoLimit)](Twister v1.2.0)
Is there something I should change in properties? After a certain point it kicked the downloads over to easynews ($) when I know they were available off of RR. My max tasks for RR is set at 3, and only 3 were running while I was getting this message. Plus it won't let me pull headers at all in a few groups.

if you didn't change anything on your side it may be a server problem with counting connections or something interfering with closing connections in between - newspro is guarantied to issue the closesocket command that closes the connection.
you may try to define connection delay for the server (properties->servers), also properties->general, keep-alive should be enabled so there will be less connection switches.
if you don't experience the same problem with other servers and the servers do give similar error when you increase the connection number above their limit it is likely to be the server problem then.
