Do I recall someone asking for the ability to assign graphics Viewer?

Lets say I download a jpg picture
On a double, click have UE open ACDsee and view you jpg file

I think someone had asked for this in the past.

I for one would like it very much

UE is using the default Windows file extension association.

You can also change it through UE (but actually it opens Windows shell dialog) by choosing "Open with" option and changing the default association.
