I accidentally deleted attachments in the HD I have downloaded from the server. NewsPro has the headers deleted. I tried Reset Newsgroup and even deleted the newsgroup and added it manually again. Those headers I had downloaded could not be shown again. What is the correct procedure to do it? Thanks!

if you have purging disabled for the newsgroup (properties->newsgroups, it is the default) - invoke edit menu->show deleted headers, then select headers you want to undelete (deleted headers are shown in different - light blue by default - color) and invoke 'undelete headers' from the context menu.

if purging is enabled - disable purging, invoke rescan headers (not just get new headers) and then apply the procedure above.
