download specific headers

How do I download only certain headers? Would like to download only a few days worth to avoid the hude download wait. Like "Open Special " in xnews.

You can set the retention under Properties>Newsgroups to however many days you want to go back (e.g. 1-2=2 days, 1-7=7 days, etc.). Even faster would be to set the "Last headers per server" setting to a specific figure (e.g. 10000).
