today I have download a lot of rar files and I saw at the end 4 or 5 file with a question mark. I tried again and again to download it but without success.

Than I took another program (grabit) and it was successful immediately.
-same news server
- (Win98se)

how can I perfect this settings under newspro?
-connection delay?, retries?

check what errors are reported in the tasks menu->task manager, the error pane to the right of the articles pane. if it is wrong yenc checksums you can (temporarily?) disable then in properties->geeneral->detect yenc errors.
