Registered version extractor

Some browsers (notably Microsoft Edge) are paranoid about executable files and it is easier to get the registered version UE.exe directly from the zip file to avoid clicking myriad of warnings.

Using other browsers like Google Chrome - the extractor may trigger Windows Defender warning which can be bypassed as shown below or, again, you can get UE.exe from the zip file.
