Excellent, thanks.
What I love about UE is that it is so feature rich, it does most things anyone would want. Just difficult sometimes for the casual user to work out how.

Creating a set of newsgroups
Is there a way to create a set of newgroups, so that they can be opened for get new headers and viewed as one?
Reason. I've noticed that some posts have their individual parts posted (stripped) over two or more newsgroups. This is not the same as individual parts being cross posted.
Thanks

Re: No standard NZB files, download error
Suggestion for a workaround... d/l all the rar parts (I assume you now have hundreds of files all approx 750KB each) separately d/l the par2 file, and rename this to something.par2 run this par2 (using QuickPar), then Add, select all, Open QuickPar will "rejoin" these small files into a fe...

Re: Open&get new headers within restricted date range
Thanks Alex for suggesting 01mar15-02mar15. I didn't know that I could specify a range; though clearly I should have done, if I'd studied the help file more carefully. My reason for wanting to download headers within a specific time frame is simply because I know when something was posted to within ...

Open&get new headers within restricted date range
When I add a new newsgroup, I'd like to be able to limit the initial "Open&get new headers" to a very precise date/time range, say for example between 1 Mar 2015 16:00 and 1 Mar 2015 17:00. Does anyone know if this is possible? The best I've been able to do so far is set the Retention/...

Re: Kaspersky deleted UE.exe
Thanks Alex. I will try Kaspersky support. Though I don't think it's the program's signature, rather something it does occasionally. As I said, all can be working fine for days, then suddenly, in the midst of running, Kaspersky suddenly and without warning aborts the active UE process and deletes UE...

Re: Kaspersky deleted UE.exe
Oh dear, started happening again. I'm now on later Kaspersky, this time version 16.0.1.445 (c); also running latest version of UE v4.9.6 (64bit). As before, I've added UE.exe to the list of allowed applications. But Kaspersky still aborts the running UE.exe application and then deletes the .exe file...

Kaspersky deleted UE.exe
For information, Kaspersky 2016 ver 16.0.0.614(d) keeps deleting my executable \Desktop\UE.exe v4.9.5 (64bit). I'm running on Windows 10. So I just added it to Kaspersky's exclusion list. I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this, or knows what Kaspersky feels is wrong with U...

Re: Search timeout
Yep, I too am getting timeouts. Hopefully just a simple case of temporary system downtime.
