what i'm afraid of is too many options. currently the question is to enlarge a bit the size of properties panes, but even then it is not possible to add every easy option since apparently there are many many possible, especially if it is five minutes to add. probably it is better to add another pan...

Argh. Just because YOU use it often and YOU don't have a problem with it (could I make the same comment about the pause button?), doesn't mean it's not a problem. I RARELY use it. I'm sure there are people out there like you, just as I'm sure there are people out there like me. This reset button is ...

Reset button killed my imports
I accidentally hit the reset button and it killed all the imports which had no bodies and weren't marked for download.
Is there a way for me to get back to the way it was before I hit reset?
Shouldn't it warn me before it does something so drastic?

i'm still thinking what exactly to do. the pause button is it not those kind of things which the next time you don't forget? No, Alex. I often forget to unpause as well. I'm sure lots of other people who use VoIP do too. Here's how it works: I get a call, then I hit pause b/c of bad quality of the ...

you can create multiple import directories, there is some functionality in the search service dialog to do it faster (but you also can achieve almost the same with user-defined shortcuts) which you can use even without using the search. also custom import groups can be deleted, but maybe i'll add a...

Here's the reason I depend on the sort by order of arrival (which mostly worked in NewsPro): In the Imports folder, I always go through the latest entries to cancel downloading some (not all) of the pars. If the imports folder gets filled up with a bunch of stuff, it can get confusing to figure out ...

Sort by Thread in UE
Andy,
There's one feature I'm especially missing in UE which are already in NewsPro:
* Ability to sort by Thread, so that the Import folder can show the order in which NZB messages were imported.
Thanks,
-Martin

Alex, I don't think it's necessary that NewsPro uses all the memory it does. For most operations, the entire database of headers does not need to be kept in memory. If you think about it, the only things that *really* need to be kept in memory are: 1. stuff that's currently displayed on the screen, ...
