scrolling in search, skips a line

Hi Alex.

When scrolling through a search page, with the middle mouse wheel, UE has the tendency to skip a line every mouse-wheel "click", or every page.

The other pages, like Import and taskmanager do not seem to have this behaviour.

So when at the search page I see the last lines:

And I scroll 1 click down with the mouse wheel, I expect to see at the top of the page.

But I see:

The page down button does not have this flaw only with the mouse wheel.

This behavior is really annoying as I use the "collection" function, so it's really easy to miss a download which I actually wanted.

Could you please look into this?

The mouse I use is a regular 4 button (left, right, back, forward) mouse supplied with my laptop.

the constant 3 lines is hardcoded (plus scroll page at a time option), it is the windows default i think, but UE doesn't use the windows registry entry, if it would be so critical probably i would add it in settings, noone mentioned that is an issue in the past.

In the search result list my mousewheel clicks skips a whole page each turn. So I can only use the page-down key for navigating through the search results.
