Kill filter for single author posts

Spam messages have increase to a dramatic new level in the last couple of weeks. Is it possible to design a Kill Filter to remove the header from a single author? In other words if the author posts two messages to a forum, don't kill the header. This won't get all of the spam but it would get rid the majority of it.

try to give me an example, you can pm as well, maybe i will have an idea. usually it can be handled with existing options.

I am interested in the solution.

For example in the newsgroup alt.binaries.e-book.technical etc. there are many
o small RAR-files or ZIP-files
o they contain an EXE-file.

I never activate this EXE-file .. I delete it.

How should I create the "kill filter" with "existing options"?
