How to send msg automatically to a.b.test every 30 seconds?

Hi,

My ISP is giving me an unstable network.
In order check if the connection is working, I tried to use EasyNet Monitor to ping 8.8.8.8 (google) every 15 seconds, but that address was blocked after a couple of days, just reporting Lost Connection.
Is there a way to set up UE to automatically, repeatedly send a message to a.b.test on any given interval so I can document the uptime/downtime?

i saw nntp monitor test messages in alt.binaries.test, maybe there is a program which does it.
