how remove the db / start a fresh installation

Hi.

I want to start a new / fresh installation of UE.
How to do that?

I have tried to remove the DB, but UE starts rebuilding it immediately at restart.

The reason:
One of the added newsgroups (I think) went large, UE started to post messages that the DB was over 4 GB, and header download was suspended.
But regular downloads also could not start.
I have tried, to change retention of the newsgroup, but at some point my computer crashed, while applying retention.
Now starting UE and loading the newsgroup took over 48 hrs, and still none of the UE functions responds, as the newsgroup is still loading.

If you delete the Newsgroups directory in the UE database directory it will delete all newsgroups data.

To delete selected newsgroups open map.txt in the Newsgroups directory, it shows what directories correspond to what newsgroups.
