incomplete files

does newspro download incomplete files to? (parts of the incompletes)?

From what I remember, it downloads them but does not auto save them. You will have to specifically tell the program to save attachments.

No, it does not automatacally download incomplete's.
The download is triggered by completion.

So incompletes have to be manually downloaded and saved (as far as I know)....
