Giganews speed connection

When i download from giganews server my connection work at 1/4 of bandwith limit when the size of body part it's <252 KB also if i set 10 max connection, all work fine se body part are >3 MB, someone can help me? Thanks!

Have you email giganews support about this too. It sounds more like a problem with their servers.

i have write to giganews support last week but their tell me that your server don't have any problem...sigh!

Also make sure in Properties > General... The 'Keep Connection Alive' box is ticked

try to download all messages from a text newsgroup from news.microsoft.com and if it goes fast delete their bodies and then try the same with giganews.

you can disable either server alternatively and use the same headers to conduct the test.

if it works with news.microsoft.com and doesn't work with giganews it is then a giganews problem, the same was the case if there is no such problem now.
