How to 'reverse filter' ?

Apologies but I only found out about UE yesterday ... and that was by complete accident! I'm sure theres a lot of people like me that still don't know about it. Maybe Alex could have mailed existing NewsPro users? ........

(It's taken me 2 years to get to grips with NewsPro LOL)

Anyway, in NewsPro I used to make a lot of use of the message filter and then using the 'negation' tick box. Also I used the 'reset & extract' etc buttons a lot

I can't seem to figure out how this can work or this same kind of thing in UE..

Can anyone help on this please?

in the quick filter you can press 'clear' to show all headers again.

as to negation for strings you put ^ (wildmats should be enabled in properties->general, it is default).

there will be also permanent filters which are not in the current version.
