"Apply Retention" Doesn't :)

Headers with bodies but NO attachments (for example a .TXT or .NFO) that was read is NEVER purged by the retention program. They remain in the group/folder until manually deleted (bodies deleted).

Headers without downloaded/read bodies, are handled OK, or retention is applied after bodies are manually deleted.

Clear as mud?



When you apply retention purging/cleaning, purge everything dated prior to the retention date regardless..
