Custom UE Icon

Hello gang,

Since I have a solid black background, I decided I needed to make up an icon that I can see. So I put together a quickie effort for myself and figured I'd share it with y'all in case any of you like it. I know glassy buttons are as trite as you get, but I always wanted to try making one.

Since it appears that there are no attachments allowed in these forums, I put it up on a web page with a sample image showing what it looks like.

(Unless Alex wants to use it, in which case I'd make an exception, I'm not intending to improve upon it. It does the job.)

Maybe to encircle the current icon with some kind of background like ultraedit or skype. If you noticed in one version the icon was a bit different (different font) it was I tried to create something like that (blue background) but then I was overwhelmed with different matters and gave up. But you try if it is ok I could include it. I think the shape should be something more rounded. The font I was using for the letter was Symbol or if not I could check it out.

Three days ago a client dumped a big project in my lap, so I won't be able to play with this until I get it done. If I resume work on it, I'll let you know. If someone comes up with something in the interim, all the better.
