I was wondering how people deal with Windows 7 (at least) and sleeping?
Ideally, UE would keep they system awake, then put it to sleep when the queue is empty (currently allows shutdown... has been discussed before).
Short of that, my current problem is worse... for some reason I can't get the system to stay awake while d/l'ing without just cranking up the power settings. I'm not sure why it's not respecting that UE is working... Sabnzb works fine in both regards, so it must be possible (I don't want to use Sabnzb though... this is the only feature I miss).
FWIW, I do have 'Allow this device to wake the computer' checked for my network adapter.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Sleeping and not sleeping
Re: Sleeping and not sleeping
FWIW, I found an open source app called "Coffee" that watches the network connection and prevents windows from sleeping when there is traffic over a threshold.
Worked perfect with UE last night.... finished my downloads, then went to sleep.
Would like to know if someone has a cleaner solution though.

I'll check it out maybe there is some function to do that.
