The new version 3.4 of UE was removed from my PC shortly after opening by Norton AV. Reason: "suspicious behavior". I remember having a problem like this once before. Could you please try and make a version that is not detected by Norton?

The behaviour of all versions is exactly the same which is downloading from news servers.

I cannot do anything about it, only if some random sequence in the compressed executable triggers false alarm I may change code a bit so it won't appear, but it didn't complain about a virus.

You need to add the program as an exception then or try to contact the norton support.

I have done just that now and all is OK. It must be like you say: a random sequence of bytes seen as a threat. Stupid AV-programs
