With Alex's and Mike's approval there's a dutch Newspro manual online now! Have a look at it at the binaries site: http://www.binaries.nl.nu Menu 'Downloaden' option 'Newspro'

Most likely the server was rebooting when you tried. Give it a whirl now. That machine is down very rarely (patches, etc), so it should be OK now
