EWX_POWEROFF option with ExitWindowsEx

Hi Alex,

I wondered if we could have the posibillity to speicify that NewsPro uses the EWX_POWEROFF flag instead of the EWX_SHUTDOWN flag with the call to ExitWindowsEx when we choose 'Finish all tasks and shutdown windows'?

This would power down my machine (and all attached equipment) completely when downloading has finished at night.
