Posting 0-line posts not showing up

Using my ISP, if I post a 0-line post (nothing in the body, just a header), it doesn't come through. If I add a line of text to the body, it does.

Is this due to NewsPro or my ISP?

if you see 'success' it means the article has been posted (server accepted it), so it is the server (it is up to the server then).

Hmm, well, there was never a red "X" in the toolbar, so I guess all the postings were successful. But I could see other 0-line posts on this server, just not mine. Odd.
