Grey headers

I've setup a watch and save filter as guided on this site.
When new items are posted in the group they apear with purple headers.
When some items match the watchfilter they are selected and downloading starts automaticly. After downloading the header changes into grey. I'm trying to figure out how to automaticly remove those (downloaded) headers.

Any idea?

After the article body is saved, the header can be deleted by selecting Properties>General>Saving Attachments>Delete Header. If you're saving to a specific folder, you'd want to select "Delete Body" as well.

Thanks, life is that simple. Is there a way to control this for a specific group and not all?

To my knowledge, no, that setting is global. You could apply a filter that would give you a view of all headers that haven't been downloaded, but that's only temporary, as the filter is lost when the newsgroup is closed and re-opened.
