i've been getting quite a bit of "receive timeout error (20011) from teranews recently. i've gotten that in the past, but usually just rebooting my cable modem to get a new IP address solved this one. that's not helping now.
i some times get it when downloading from news-server.tampabay.rr.com
what does the error mean, and what can i do about it?

receive timeout error (20011)
The error message can mean the connection was "gracefully closed"; since the client didn't close it (at least newspro didn't for sure) it is the server which closed the connection when in fact data was expected on the client end (e.g. the connection was closed in the middle of downloading an article body).
It is recoverable error, you may try to increase the number of retries for the server, also check you don't exceed the allowed number of connections, check with the teranews support, give them your ip address so they check it in the server log, since you experience it more with a certain server you should look for the answer on the server side.
I'll rephrase the error message in the next release so it will be more clear.
