Server Priorities

I just noticed recently that when a message is available only on a lower priority server, Newspro tries to get the message from all higher priority servers. Strict is NOT set on the higher priority servers.

Shouldn't Newspro be able to go to the only server with the message and just get it from that server?

there is a setting - properties->general, ignore maxed servers which should be taken into account when you read the said below.

when all retries all exhausted and there are no more servers available newspro will use lower priority servers.
